HOW DO I SIGN UP AND BOOK A SESSION WITH YOU?

The booking process is a super easy 3 step process:

1.  Email us or call us at 830.438.8979 for pricing.

2.  Email us or call us at 830.438.8979 to book your session time.

3.  Pay your session fee to reserve your spot.

HOW MUCH DO SENIOR PICTURES COST?

There is a huge range of what people will spend on senior pictures.  We offer a variety of packages so that everyone can find what fits their own needs.  We also offer a la carte portraits to fit a variety of needs if a package is not suited for you.  We are not the least expensive studio nor the most expensive studio in the Hill Country area, but we are one of the most artistic and service oriented studios, we get how important all the little details are to you for this special time in your life.

WHAT CLOTHING SHOULD I WEAR?

We cover clothing and hair and makeup in many places on this site because it is so important to prepare for your session ahead of time.  Clothing is all about variety and layering.  We have created an extensive list of things to think about when considering what to wear here.  Please print this out and use it as a checklist to prepare for your session.  We are here for you as well if you have any questions.  You can email us pictures of what you are thinking and we will happily help you and give you our thoughts and feedback.

HOW LONG WILL MY SESSION TAKE?

Each session will last between 1-2 hours.  PLEASE make sure to come prepared and organized with everything ready or show up early to your session to take care of this at the studio ahead of time.  Due to our high demand in our schedule, we want to make sure you maximize your time with us not primping, but actually shooting.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Your clothing, accessories, your grooming supplies, your mom or a friend, your iphone or ipod to listen to your music, props for any of your sports or other interests and well rested happy face.  We will take care of the rest and can’t wait to meet you!

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY RUSH PICTURES, YEARBOOK AD AND/OR GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS?

We would be more than happy to!  We have a graphic designer to create something perfect just for you!

DO YOU SELL DIGITAL FILES?

We do not sell a disk of images or digital files from your session, but we do offer images that are Facebook and Twitter ready.  Most people we work with come to us for our artistic creativity, professionalism, expertise, service and overall inclusive experience.  They are not wanting full sized files, but something they can share with their friends and family.  Our Facebook/Twitter files are the perfect solution for this!

WHAT IS A WALL COLLECTION?

These are collections of images that are hung together to make a unique statement.  These are one of our signature specialties and are so popular because they help turn a house into a home…artfully.  We offer a variety of collections which are displayed throughout our studio.  We will make suggestions for you based on your home and the priorities of your shoot for a collection that will help tell your own personal story

WHAT IF MY SCHOOL HAS A PHOTOGRAPHER THEY HAVE ALREADY CONTRACTED TO DO MY SENIOR PICTURES?

Although you will have to use that photographer for your yearbook picture, that does not mean you are not free to hire whomever you want for more artistic pictures.  Our sessions are geared 100% around you, your interests and are a complete pampered and fun experience.  We are much more than just pictures.  We will take care of you from start to finish making sure you look and feel your absolute best.

CAN I BRING MY MOM OR A FRIEND TO THE PHOTO SHOOT?

Of course!!!  It is such a fun time and your mom will have a blast.  We encourage your parents to be involved in your experience with us.  If your mom can’t come, we encourage you to bring a friend.  It will make it even more fun for you, they can get in a shot or two and they will know what your hair “is supposed to look like.”

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL FOR SOME REASON?

No problem!  You will get a full refund as long as we have notice at least 72 hours in advance.

WILL I LOSE MY SESSION FEE IF I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?

As long as you let us know as soon as you can that you need to reschedule your appointment (ideally 48-72 hours in advance), you will not lose your session fee.

WHAT IF I COMPLETELY SPACE MY SESSION DATE AND TIME AND FORGET TO SHOW UP?

Bummer…we know things like this happen.  We will happily reschedule you, but due to the high demand we have on our schedule, we will have to charge you another session fee since we will have lost that time slot.

WHAT IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF MY SESSION?

Do not worry…..we will take care of you and find a new session time for you.  Mother Nature sometimes has a mind of her own!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.

HOW AND WHEN DO I GET TO SEE MY IMAGES AND PLACE MY ORDER?

The most important decisions in the portrait process occur during your ordering appointment.  We take great pride in providing our clients with a personalized, interactive and fun way to place your order.  We will schedule your ordering appointment approximately 7 days after your portrait session to help you in this decision process.  It is very important that all decision makers are present during this time and that you come prepared with any measurements of wall spaces you are interested in working with.  At this appointment, we will present your images in a gorgeous and customized slideshow and then will help you select the product suitable for your home, office and for gifts for friends and family.  We feel this process is the most helpful and a treasured service we offer our clients.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Your order will be completed approximately 4-6 weeks after we receive your payment.  You may pick up your order from the studio or we can schedule a delivery service and/or professional art installer for you.  If you need your images sooner for any reason, please communicate this with us and we will see what we can do.  Depending on our vendors, there may be a small rush fee.

HOW LONG WILL YOU KEEP MY FILES?

Non-ordered images will be held for an additional 45 days after your session date.  After 45 days, non-ordered images will be deleted.  All ordered images will be archived for no additional fees.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY PICTURES?

WHATTT!?!  That will not happen so I wouldn’t worry much about that.  We have an extensive list of things to do and think about to make sure you look and feel your best (please visit our What to Wear link if you have not done so already).  If you did all you could to follow that list and you still have something you didn’t like about your images, do not worry.  We will talk about it as we want you to LOOOOOOVVVEEEE your images and will happily do a re-shoot if necessary.  It is our goal to make sure everybody loves their images and that everyone has a great experience doing so!

WHAT EXACTLY IS A SENIOR REP?

In a nutshell, Senior Reps work along side our team to help us promote our studio to their friends and fellow classmates while they get lots of exclusive benefits, free stuff and cash bonuses for booked sessions.

ARE YOU STILL ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS TO BE A SENIOR REP?

If you feel like you would be a great senior rep, email or call us at 830.438.8979 to let us know you are interested.  We can only accept a limited number of students from each class and each school so if you are interested, don’t wait!

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH WHAT IS GOING ON WITH ROBIN PERRIN PHOTOGRAPHY?
